Workout for Thursday 1/25
do 2 snatches every minute on the minute for 12 minutes
- work on your technique (controlled pull, full extension, low squat)
- if you feel confident add weight only to challenge technique
- clean if you cannot/should not go overhead
then 3-5 rounds of
20 ab-mat situps
10 kettlebell side-bends/side
