If you want to join we start with a free, no-obligation orientation: currently Wednesdays 6:30pm and Saturdays 11am.
The orientation is a free session where we get to know you and your goals, experience, and what you’re looking for. This also gives us a chance to explain our training philosophy and services to you, followed by a trial workout so we can see how you take to coaching, and we can note of how you move.
If you have experience in the function fitness and/or barbell sport world simply start with a drop-in! After your initial workout we can offer you the appropriate step forward.
