We have three pathways for joining:

  1. NEW ATHLETE ORIENTATION: If you are brand new to us at ATTN Seattle we prefer you take a New Athlete Orientation, regardless of experience level. It’s a free, no obligation meeting to share your goals and experience, hear about our training philosophy, understand services we offer, and then try a short workout. These are scheduled on our calendar once or twice a week so we can try to capture folks with different availabilities.

  2. PRIVATE ORIENTATION: If you are brand new to our type of fitness, or don’t have experience in any strength training, a Private Orientation may be more appropriate. For $30 you can schedule a one-on-one 30-minute Orientation + Movement Screen at times convenient to you and to one of our coaches. This option exists for those who can’t make any of our New Athlete Orientations.

  3. DROP-IN: If you have experience in function fitness, Cr*ssFit, olympic weightlifting, etc. then just drop into any of our classes on our schedule. A drop-in is $35+ tax.
