in 20 minutes establish a 1RM back squat (or front squat)

then choose one:
- 100 dips for time
- 100 pullups for time
- 30 muscle-ups for time
- 50 bar muscle-ups for time
- "MICHAEL" 3 rounds for time: 800m run, 50 situps, 50 back ext
