BILLING
What’s your cancellation policy?
30 days written notice to cancel. Email us as soon as you can.
Do credits carryover to the next month?
Your class credits do not carry over. They will reset at the beginning of each new month.
What management software do you use?
We use PushPress for waivers, class and event RSVPs, and billing.
CLASSES
Do I need any experience to start working out at ATTN?
We can accommodate any and all experience and ability levels. We just need you to communicate with us often!
If I go over my monthly allotment (ex: 12x/month) what can I do?
You can pay a drop-in fee for any extra classes. Alternatively we can prorate you for the difference between the next membership tier.

OPEN GYM
Does Open Gym count as a class?
Yes- RSVP for your relevant ‘Open Gym’ slots in PushPress. If you’re going to take 90-120 minutes in the gym then RSVP for two of those hours just so we can track use, and staff knows who to expect in the gym, especially if they’re occupied running classes or personal training.
Do I need to RSVP for Open Gym?
Yes, every member and guest needs to RSVP for their visit.
What requirements are needed for me to do Open Gym?
You either need to be an athlete who regularly attends class, or you need to pass a movement screen. This ensures both your safety and the safety of others, knowing you won’t put yourself in any sketchy situations, either through technique or equipment know-how. We also don’t run our space like other gyms and bad etiquette and vibes aren’t going to work well.
FUNDAMENTALS
Is Fundamentals required for joining?
Fundamentals is not required for joining. It’s an introduction for people who don’t have experience in the functional fitness and strength worlds. It builds a framework for you to build onto, rather than a checklist of exercises to complete.
The alternative pathway in is Personal Training sessions. The beginner gets one-on-one time instead of the small group structure of Fundamentals.
What does the $99 get me?
The cost of the 4-class rotation gives you access to the four lessons that make up a Fundamentals rotation: a Core/Cardio class, a Squatting class, a Push & Press class, and a Pulling class. These are static sessions on the calendar and they rotate over three days.
If you’d like to repeat the classes it’s simply another $99.
What if I miss a class?
The classes rotate in a four-subject class rotation over the three days we offer it. Catch the correct class and when all four classes are checked off by a coach you’ll be offered an ongoing class membership.
A quick note: It’s not the same exact lesson each time. We rotate through 3-4 versions of the 4 classes, meaning there are 12 unique lesson plans we go through. An athlete who takes the program three times would be most prepared to enter classes, though we do not require that.
