We have two pathways for joining:

EXPERIENCED!

You’ve done community fitness at a CrssFit affiliate, Hyr*x affiliate, or similar gym for a year+ consistently.

Simply start with a drop-in to any of our ongoing classes by looking at our schedule and signing up!

INEXPERIENCED

The look of our fitness and strength classes don’t look like anything you’ve done before, or you’ve never been in a group community fitness scene before.

Also if you find the image of what we do intimidating let’s get you going with an Orientation then our On-Ramp program!
